WASender Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing or using WASender, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must provide accurate account information. If you use WASender for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

WASender provides tools for WhatsApp contact messaging, group messaging, number filtering, multi-account management, scheduled Status publishing, account environment configuration and task tracking. Features, limits and supported platforms may change as the service develops.

You are responsible for every account, contact list, message, group and media file used through WASender. You must obtain appropriate permission before sending messages, respect opt-outs, use reasonable sending intervals and comply with applicable law and WhatsApp policies.

• Do not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, threatening or unsolicited content.
• Do not use WASender to collect credentials, impersonate another person or distribute malware.
• Do not attempt to bypass service limits, compromise accounts or interfere with the application or website.

Paid plans, free allowances and additional ports are described on the Pricing page. Subscription charges, currency, renewal timing and applicable taxes are shown during purchase. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected plan until you cancel or the subscription ends.

You may cancel future renewals through the available account or customer-support flow. Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already incurred.

A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of your first subscription payment. After that period, renewal payments, additional-port purchases and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where WASender confirms a system error. Refund requests should include the account email and order reference.

We may limit, suspend or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, has overdue payment, or is used in a way that may harm other users or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, liability and disputes continue after termination where applicable.

WASender and its software, brand, documentation and website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

WASender does not guarantee message delivery, read status, marketing outcomes, uninterrupted operation or continued availability of any WhatsApp account. WhatsApp, Google, Stripe and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, WASender is not liable for indirect losses, lost business or account actions taken by third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be submitted to a competent court at the service provider’s place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
